Support for Pritunl is available by emailing [email protected] Support for Premium and Enterprise subscription plans is only available for reporting issues.
Support plans include a link for activating Slack accounts. This will invite the email address to a private Slack room for the subscription. Slack accounts that are inactive will be disabled to free up space for single-channel guests. To re-active a disabled account use the same support link and enter the email address again.
